General Board Representative:

Each week, our Executive Board has a meeting on Friday afternoon. We realize each of our volunteers is a valuable and essential part of our board. As a result, we ask the general board to elect one representative to attend these weekly meetings. At the meeting, the representative would have a time slot to give a report about the workings of the general board.

The General Board Representative would also take notes at the meeting in order to report back to the General Board as a whole.

The General Board Representative would also chair each of the General Board meetings, as well as, head up the planning of the Earth Day festival.
