The Student Activities Board provides social, multicultural, recreational and educational activities for the University's students and other interested members of the Campus Community. From movies to lectures, cultural celebrations to concerts, comedy shows to cookouts, homecoming events to casino nights, we provide co-curricular activities that enhance students' experiences at the University. The Board's events are an integral component of the students' overall education and development.

The Student Activities Board is students programming for students. As the programming arm of the Student Government Association, the group has an Executive Board-- comprised of the SGA Services VP and the chairs of seven SAB committees-- and a General Board, made up of volunteers. Any student can be involved in the planning and selection of SAB events by joining the General Board and helping with the extensive work of producing and promoting our events. Through its work in providing these activities, the Board's members develop practical skills in a variety of areas.

The SAB consists of seven committees: Diversity, Film, Homecoming, Lecture, Promotion, Special Interest, and Variety. Each committee is headed by a Chair and Vice-Chair. The Board is assisted in its planning by two staff advisers and two Graduate Services Assistants.
