Your Gifts Make a Difference

MAKE A GIFT ON LINE OR PUT YOUR CHECK IN THE MAIL

Your gift to Student Affairs really makes a difference in the lives of our students.  Your support advances the programs we offer and the services we provide to our students.

The goals of the staff within Student Affairs are to:

    •  To inspire a vibrant campus life and engaged student body.
    • To celebrate tradition and create a sense of purpose.
    • To enhance services that meets the needs of students.
    • To transform theory into practice to support student learning.

Your efforts impact many important areas of our program:

Student Scholarships
As the cost of an education escalates, an increasing number of students are required to seek employment, often limiting the amount of time they are able to participate in co-curricular activities involving community service and leadership. Increased financial assistance may allow those who are unable to participate the opportunity to become involved.

Programming for emerging and experienced student leaders
Funds are sought to ensure the continuation and expansion of current programs, and to create and encourage new programs which build better citizens and leaders

 Club Programming Committee

The Club Programming Committee is a joint initiative coordinated by SGA and the Dean of Students Office.  SGA has made a major financial contribution to support CPC. Other departments have also provided funding (Dean of Students Office, Provost, Undergraduate Affairs, and Housing.)  During the spring 2008 semester, CPC allocated funds to 40 separate events totaling over $29,000.  Learn more about The Club Programming Committee

International Travel and Service Learning

We are expanding our International Service Learning Program to include trips to Asia and the West Indies. Your support can assist students with travel expenses and aid program development and expansion. Learn more about our International Service Learning Program
