Web: www.louisville.edu/residency Residency Status for Admission and Tuition Purposes The initial determination of residency status for admission and tuition assessment purposes is made during the admissions process and is based on information derived from admissions materials. Students who wish to seek a change in residency status may file an application for review of residency status with the Office of Enrollment Management. An application for review must include a completed affidavit form and relevant documentation. Applications for review will be considered in accordance with the administrative regulation 13 KAR 2:045, Determination of Residency Status for Admission and Tuition Assessment Purposes, provided by the Council on Higher Education. The student must submit an application and information within deadlines set forth in the regulation. Affidavit forms and copies of the regulation may be obtained from the residency web site, Offices of Admission, and Office of Enrollment Management. |
