Presidential historian and ABC news consultant Richard Norton Smith will discuss Abraham Lincoln and emancipation. A McConnell scholar panel discussion on Lincoln and leadership in Kentucky will follow. A UofL Lincoln Bicentennial event. The United States is commemorating the 200 birthday of President Abraham Lincoln. He was born in Kentucky Feb. 12, 1809.
