Campus Flu Shot Program

The flu shot program will be October 14 at both the Belknap and HSC Health Services Offices.  We currently have adequate supplies of both the injectable and nasal mist vaccines.  Flu shots are free for full-time faculty and staff.  All students are eligible to receive the vaccine for free.  NEW this year are Flu Shot Clinics in various housing locations.  For more information or to receive a flu shot please click here.

Primary Care Health Fee Waiver Instructions

Students enrolled for greater than 6.4 hours are automatically charged a $100 per semester primary care health fee. The Primary Care Health Fee provides unlimited office visits, in house laboratory testing, access to low cost birth control pills, annual flu shot and TB testing at no additional charge. You may waive the fee with proof of insurance or elect to use it as a supplement to your commercial insurance plan.  To waive the health fee, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to ULINK
2. Enter your Groupwise ID and Password
3. Click on the Student Services TAB in the upper right hand corner of the page
4. Under the CAMPUS HEALTH section click on "Waiver Primary Care Health Fee"
5. Fill in the information and check the acknowledgment at the bottom of the form
6. Click on the submit button
7. You will receive a Groupwise email confirming the receipt of your waiver request
8. Please allow 48-72 hours for your account to be adjusted.
